Airmax Cloud

Fix the connection warning

After a recent Windows update, printing and copying files to your computer may stop working.

हाल के विंडोज अपडेट के बाद प्रिंटिंग और फाइल कॉपी बंद हो सकती है।

Is this your problem?

When you open Airmax Cloud, a security warning appears saying “Unknown publisher”, and these boxes are empty:

☐ Drives ☐ Printers ☐ Clipboard

If you click Connect without ticking them, printing and copying files will not work — and Windows clears them again every single time.

अगर ये बॉक्स खाली रहते हैं, तो प्रिंट और फाइल कॉपी काम नहीं करेगी।

The fix — one command

This restores the earlier Windows dialog, which remembers your choice instead of clearing it every time.

  1. Click Start, type cmd, then right-click Command Prompt → Run as administrator.
    स्टार्ट → cmd → राइट-क्लिक → Run as administrator
  2. Copy the command below, paste it into the black window, press Enter.
  3. Close Airmax Cloud completely and open it again. Tick the three boxes once — from the next time onward it should stop asking.
reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client" /v RedirectionWarningDialogVersion /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
Administrator rights are required. If you do not have them on this PC, ask whoever manages it — or use Airmax Cloud in your web browser instead, where this problem does not occur.
इसके लिए एडमिन अधिकार चाहिए।

Check it worked

After pressing Enter you should see “The operation completed successfully.”

Close and reopen Airmax Cloud, tick Drives, Printers and Clipboard once. The next time you open it, it should not ask again.

To undo this later, run the same Command Prompt step with:
reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client" /v RedirectionWarningDialogVersion /f
